To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
• Not be listed on any sanctions lists or prohibited persons lists
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Prohibited Jurisdictions: Our services are not available to residents of the United States, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, or any other jurisdiction where such services would be illegal.

Account registration requires:

• Personal Information: Full name, date of birth, address, and contact details
• Identity Verification: Government-issued photo ID and proof of address
• Financial Information: Source of funds and trading experience
• Compliance Screening: Anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions checks

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Updating your information when it changes
• All activities that occur under your account

AI Bot Functionality:

• Our AI bots analyze market data and execute trades automatically
• Bots operate 24/7 across multiple cryptocurrency exchanges
• Each bot uses proprietary algorithms developed over 15 years
• Performance varies based on market conditions and bot configuration

Important Limitations:

• AI bots cannot guarantee profits or prevent losses
• Past performance does not indicate future results
• Market volatility can lead to significant losses
• Technical failures may occur and affect bot performance

User Responsibilities:

• Monitor your bot's performance regularly
• Set appropriate risk limits and stop-losses
• Understand the risks before activating any bot
• Only invest capital you can afford to lose

Market Risks:

• Extreme price volatility can result in rapid and substantial losses
• Cryptocurrency markets operate 24/7 with no trading halts
• Low liquidity can cause significant price slippage
• Market manipulation and pump-and-dump schemes exist

Technology Risks:

• AI algorithms may malfunction or produce unexpected results
• Technical failures could prevent trade execution
• Cybersecurity threats and potential hacking attempts
• Exchange outages or trading suspensions

Regulatory Risks:

• Changing regulations may affect platform availability
• Government actions could impact cryptocurrency values
• Tax implications vary by jurisdiction

Bot Purchase Fees:

• AI bot licenses range from $50 to $10,000 depending on features
• Subscription fees may apply for premium features
• All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law

Trading Fees:

• Platform trading fee: 0.1% - 0.5% per transaction
• Withdrawal fees vary by cryptocurrency
• Third-party exchange fees may apply

Payment Methods:

• Cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, etc.)
• Bank transfers (subject to additional verification)
• Credit/debit cards (where legally permitted)

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital services and immediate bot activation, all sales are final. Refunds may only be provided in cases of technical malfunction or as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Prohibited Activities:

• Market manipulation, wash trading, or front-running
• Using bots for illegal purposes or money laundering
• Attempting to reverse engineer our AI algorithms
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Providing false information during registration
• Interfering with platform security or functionality
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activities.

Compliance Monitoring: We monitor all trading activities for compliance with applicable laws and may report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.

Our Proprietary Technology:

• All AI algorithms, trading strategies, and software are proprietary

• Platform design, trademarks, and brand elements

User License: You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Platform solely for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or algorithms
• Attempt to access our source code or trade secrets
• Use our technology to compete with our services
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for account verification, trading services, and regulatory compliance.

No Guarantee of Profits:

• We do not guarantee any profits or returns from AI bot usage
• Past performance statistics do not predict future results
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably

Limitation of Damages:

• Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for our services
• We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
• Force majeure events are excluded from liability
• Technical failures or market disruptions are excluded

User Assumption of Risk: By using our AI trading bots, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with cryptocurrency trading.

Termination by User:

• You may close your account at any time through platform settings
• Outstanding positions must be closed before account termination
• Withdrawal of remaining funds (subject to verification)

Termination by Company: We may terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Suspicious or illegal activities
• Failure to complete verification requirements
• Extended account inactivity (over 12 months)
• Regulatory or legal requirements

Effect of Termination:

• Immediate cessation of AI bot services
• 30-day period to withdraw remaining funds
• Retention of data as required by law
• Survival of certain terms (liability limitations, etc.)
